How Can We Help You?

UBB's cash letter clearing & settlement services will cut your community bank’s processing fees.

United Bankers' Bank's cash letter imaging network, called UNETexchange, provides community banks access to more than 7,000 endpoint banks, resulting in reduced processing fees and faster availability of funds for your bank.

UBB leverages the strength of its relationships with over 1,000 financial institutions throughout its service territory to grow its endpoint network and, in turn, pass the savings generated by the operational efficiencies back to the community bank. In addition to expanding the endpoint network membership through our community bank customer base, UBB is constantly monitoring network traffic for new member banks, regardless of size and national exchange partners.

UBB sees the key to growing a solid network as the ease with which new bank members can be added. With this in mind, UBB has developed an easy four-step process that begins with an analysis of the bank's current exchange, identifying their current charges, as well as what the savings would be by becoming a member of the network, followed by account set up and training, and lastly, the finalization of transmission settings.

Features of the UNETexchange cash letter imaging network:

  • Network to exchange and settle image cash letters
  • Access to a national network of 7,000 plus member banks
  • Duplicate file and item detection
  • Secure file delivery
  • Automated represented returns
  • Can be managed through UBB’s Online Banking service, UNET.web
  • UBB is continually looking for new network members to expand its capabilities

Benefits of being a UNETexchange member:

  • Optimal routing of images resulting in increased cost savings
  • Speed up fund availability
  • Competitive transaction pricing
  • Tailored to community banks of any size
  • Hassle-free conversion
  • Member of ECCHO

Cut your community bank’s processing fees while speeding up funds availability.

Stay up to date with all things UBB.
